From the Message Designer Window, choose Human from the list box.
You could add message items for human pickup, using the same steps shown in previous steps. For this example, we simply leave them empty so the system will hang up when a live human picks up the call.
Click OK to close the Message Designer Window.
Now you should see the newly designed message "My Test Message" listed in the Message List dialog window. Click OK to close the window.
